Composition: 75% nylon and 25% spandex. wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Air dry or lay flat to dry. Avoide direct sun light or Tumble Drying. If ironing is necessary, use the lowest heat setting or a steamer
