Order Processing Time
- Processing Time For Local Orders: All orders are processed within 24 HOURS. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing Time For International Orders: All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment is received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email & WhatsApp notification with details of your items. After your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.

- Standard Shipping For Local Orders: We offer Express Shipping across Pakistan for a flat rate of Rs.150/-

Charges are subject to changes for certain regions such as Australia, South America etc.
Prices are inclusive of all local taxes. Any additional customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

Note:
If parcel gets stuck in customs which it usually does not then the brand will not be responsible. Kijiretail has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as but not limited to - Items being out of stock, or credit card payments declined by the issuing financial institution.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS on your Mobile. You can track your shipment by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

- We are unable to ship to certain restricted international locations due to customs regulations.
