REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


  • We offer a “No Questions Asked” Exchange Policy on all items except sale items.
  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your product within 15 days from the order date.
  • Refunds are also applicable within 15 days of purchase, subject to policy conditions.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  • Customer support hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Conditions for Exchange / Refund

  • Items must be returned in saleable condition
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

Exchange Eligibility

  • All non-sale items are eligible for exchange
  • Exchange is available only in areas where pickup service is operational

Exchange Value Rules

  • Exchange item(s) must be of equal or higher value than the returned item
  • Exchange for a lower value item is not allowed
  • Multiple items can be selected in exchange, provided the total value meets or exceeds the returned item’s price

Exchange Dispatch Timeline

  • Exchanged items are dispatched within 72 hours after the returned product passes inspection
  • Any delays will be communicated via email, SMS, or phone call

Exchange Charges

  • No exchange fee is charged
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, the difference can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD and cash handling charges apply where applicable and are non-refundable
