REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer a “No Questions Asked” Exchange Policy on all items except sale items.
- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your product within 15 days from the order date.
- Refunds are also applicable within 15 days of purchase, subject to policy conditions.

Conditions for Exchange / Refund
- Items must be returned in saleable condition
- Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
Exchange Eligibility
- All non-sale items are eligible for exchange
- Exchange is available only in areas where pickup service is operational

Exchange Value Rules
- Exchange item(s) must be of equal or higher value than the returned item
- Exchange for a lower value item is not allowed
- Multiple items can be selected in exchange, provided the total value meets or exceeds the returned item’s price
Exchange Dispatch Timeline
- Exchanged items are dispatched within 72 hours after the returned product passes inspection
- Any delays will be communicated via email, SMS, or phone call
Exchange Charges
- No exchange fee is charged
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, the difference can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD and cash handling charges apply where applicable and are non-refundable
